1. What products do you sell
We sell clothing, shoes, jackets, pants, and everyday apparel items for men and women.
2. Where do you ship
We currently ship only within the United States.
We may expand to international shipping in the future.
3. How long does shipping take
Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days, Monday to Friday.
4. How long does order processing take
Handling time is 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.
5. Do you ship on weekends
No. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
6. What payment methods do you accept
We accept all major card payments.
7. Do you offer returns
Yes. We offer 14 days free returns, but only for new damaged items.
8. What items are not eligible for return

9. How do I request a return
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue.
10. Do you offer refunds or replacements
Yes. If your return is approved, we can offer either a full refund or a replacement depending on availability.
11. How can I track my order
If tracking is available for your order, we will send you tracking details by email once your package ships.
12. What if I entered the wrong shipping address
We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you notice a mistake and we will try to help before the order ships.
13. What should I do if my package is lost or damaged in transit
Contact us. We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
14. Does Derkaoui offer gift cards
No. We do not offer gift cards at this time.
