We offer 14 days free returns on all orders.

We only accept returns for new damaged products.
To qualify for a return, the item must:

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customer remorse or change of mind

  • Damage caused after delivery by the customer

2. Reporting an Issue

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:

  • Clear photos showing the issue

This helps us review your claim quickly.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, we can offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement product, depending on what you prefer and what is available

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Once the return is approved, refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Replacements

If a replacement is requested and the item is in stock, we will ship it at no extra cost after your return request is approved.

If the item is no longer available, we will provide a refund instead.
